Ready for an emergency

I keep a bag ready in case I am admitted to hospital suddenly – with my pyjamas, pills and anything else I would need.

I have a transparent document folder for all my medical documentation e.g. DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order, This is Me booklet, tablets. I keep it in a place where paramedics can find it.
