Life at home – Cooking

I hardly cook at all, I buy healthy ready-meals and salads.

I use a microwave-combi oven.

I choose wide, deep cups and mugs with big handles. That means that even half a cup is a decent drink.

I have shaky hands, so I use a plate with a high rim, so that food doesn’t go over the edge.

I use a stainless steel Spork to eat. It’s very comfortable in my hand, and looks nice and ordinary. You don’t push on the knife edge to cut, you just rock it.

To stop me forgetting food in the oven or microwave, we always leave their doors open when not in use.
