If you are troubled by nightmares, try looking up “Lucid Dreaming” as a possible solution. This is a technique for giving you more control over what you are dreaming about.

I have very ‘restless legs’. I have to walk around, not sit still.

My mind whirls round at night. So I listen to music or flick through magazines.

I have very vivid dreams, and think I’m awake. I lash out and shout. Now I take medication which helps.

If you have hallucinations, check with the pharmacy in case they are a side effect of your medication. (Read this booklet by Agnes Houston)
