It may help your reading if you use a coloured overlay over a white page.

People are complaining of eye strain, brain ache and all manner of issues from using ZOOM a lot. It seems they may not be blinking normally, they often don’t breathe normally, holding their breathe for longer than normal, which can lead to all manner of problems.

If your sight is poor, set up your iPad with special Apps and settings for visual impairment – for example to scan and read documents.

You may find you need more light on what you are reading. Get a lamp you can move around to where you want it.

When I’m out near the sea, it sometimes looks like a tsunami. I have to stop and tell myself I’m being stupid.
