If you forget a name, just find a way round using it at all!

When you can’t remember the name of the person you are speaking to, just tell them. “Sorry, just tell me your name again…forgive me, I can’t remember your name..”.

Make notes during or straight after conversations you have, if you think you might need to remember  them in future. Use that notebook!

Write the names of people you meet or speak to in a notebook. Then you can look back and find it them.
