I put on cheerful music, and stuff that brings back good memories.

I get upset quite easily. I calm down by watching videos on YouTube, or Face-timing my friend for a good chinwag.

We don’t suddenly lose our talents overnight and, through patience and support, we can still enjoy those talents and even discover new ones.

The diagnosis gave me freedom from my 9 – 5 job. I knew what I had, and could get on with doing what I really enjoyed i.e. campaigning.
