Nature heals me. I sit in the garden and look at the trees.

Life at home – Managing stress
When I was made redundant I had no idea how to spend my time. So I found a hobby – my remote control tractors. If you have nothing to fall back on, you can get depressed.
I have a Dementia Dog. It can be very helpful for company and stroking – but it’s hard when they die.
My garden is my saviour. I love camping in our van too – being away from everyone, escaping.
Keep doing what you can, rather than bemoan what is lost.
Dogs have been a huge help. I take them out when I want to growl!
