Don’t be afraid to learn new IT skills. The computer will tell you if you make a mistake. My virtual friends are very important to me.

Learn to use FaceTime, Zoom, Twitter, FaceBook…if at all possible, while you have the ability to do so.

If you enjoy social media, give Twitter a try. There are lots of ‘playmates’ on there to offer support. I call it my silent world of conversation. I can answer and post something in my time and not feel rushed.
