If you can do so on your mobile (and with permission), take a photograph of the person to put with their contact details. I even photograph Hospital, Dentist, etc. As words themselves sometimes don’t make sense alone.

I keep all the Apps on my phone tidy in folders, so I can find them easily.

The App ‘Zedge’ has many individual ring tones with the names on them. You can also add a photo of your contact, which shows when they call.

The free App ‘Tru Caller’ blocks cold calls (and doesn’t even ring).

To remember phone conversations, use ‘Live Transcribe’ or Call Recorder. ‘Call Recorder’ is free on android phones. It automatically records all phone calls (both voices, and no time limit). Then you can replay or save.

I close my eyes when I’m on the phone, as concentrating is difficult.
